Alderfer’s ERG Motivational Theory

The ERG Theory of Inspiration was established by Clayton Alderfer in 1969. It was established as a growth of the concepts proposed by Maslow with the Hierarchy of Requirements. (Or see a later growth to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Requirements)

Presence Requirements

Relatedness Requirements
